AVOD may use your personal data for; Fulfillment of legal obligations, Outsourcing OHS service and health software service, Fulfillment of legal obligations by OHS company, Providing information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations, Sharing information with auditors due to CMB and Stock Exchange and for mandatory financial audits of official institutions, Information for the execution of audit activities, Data and record display for the audit report, Informing the Supplier, Informing the Customer, Informing the Official Institution, Cloud e-mail infrastructure, Use of Cloud Computing Infrastructure, User Identification by the IT company from which support is received, Backup to the Data Center, Outsourcing IT Technical Support Service, Notification of the Members of the Board of Directors and members of the committees formed to the PDP, Overseas Business Travel Visa, Employee Loan Application, Execution of Training Activities, Execution of Activities in accordance with the Legislation, Informing the customer about which training the company employee has received, Informing the authorized person who will attend from outside to carry out training, Receiving consultancy support in all kinds of legal processes that may occur within the scope of Labor Law, Execution of Occupational Health / Safety Activities, Automatic participation share contract specified in the Law, Making salary payments, Informing the auditor to control the traceability exercise, Having the necessary examinations for Periodic Examinations performed by Imaging, Laboratory Companies, Specialist Physicians in the Factory, 1 copy of the Shipment Waybill to be given to the transporter, 1 copy to the Port Customs Directorate.For the purposes of realization of hotel and ticket purchases for travel, follow-up of legal processes on behalf of the Company, in accordance with Law No. 6698 8. and 9. Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 9 and provided that we comply with the stipulated conditions and take the necessary measures, natural persons or private legal entities, our suppliers, group companies and authorized public institutions and persons.

• Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data may be obtained from written/digital applications made to our company, written documents, forms and records received from the employee himself/herself during the employment period, verbal notifications, health records submitted by the employee, records of the Recruitment/Periodic Examination Form and mandatory periodic examination examinations, Examination Summary Form, rest reports, SSI employment / entry / exit declaration, training participation forms, travel approval form, notifications from official institutions and organizations, Board of Directors Minutes, Camera records to ensure Physical Space Security and photo and video records as proof that legal obligations are fulfilled, personnel entry/exit registration system records, payroll, powers of attorney, various contracts you have signed with our company, Invoices, e-dispatch notes and paper dispatch notes, Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, personnel personnel file, Firewall, applications and databases kept on our company’s information systems are collected by accessing. Your personal data collected by these methods are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6698 5. and 6. personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2).

As the relevant persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods stated below, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company. In this context, as the relevant persons, as per Article 11 of Law No. 6698. from our Company pursuant to Art;

• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage
