A.V.O.D A.Ş. grows, dries and processes tomatoes with a monthly final product processing capacity of 200 tons.
Sun-dried tomatoes are classified into halves, strips, cubes (ranging in size from 3×3 mm to 12×12 mm), 6-cuts and 4-cuts. All these varieties are marinated and re-hydrated to make them suitable for consumption. Apart from this classification, sun-dried tomatoes are also produced in the form of granules and flour.
