Pursuant to the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), any information that makes your identity specific or identifiable, including your sensitive personal data, as Personal Data, in the following scope, as Data Controller A.V.O.D. In Law No. 6698, the concept of “Processing of Personal Data” refers to all kinds of operations performed on personal data such as obtaining, recording, storing, retaining, changing, reorganizing, disclosing, transferring, taking over, making available, classifying or preventing the use of personal data.

In this context AVOD We would like to inform you below regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal reasons, methods of collection, to whom and for what purposes they may be transferred, and the rights granted to you under the LPPD, both dependent on and independent of these.

• Processing of personal data and purposes of processing:

AVOD as the data controller, your personal and/or special categories of personal data that we obtain in the capacity of data controller; for the purposes of conducting emergency management processes, ensuring physical space security, conducting / supervising business activities, conducting occupational health / safety activities, organization and event management, conducting storage and archive activities, creating and tracking visitor records, within the framework of conducting our commercial activities, within the framework of Law No. 6698 5. and 6. We process personal data within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 6.

Your personal data collected are processed in accordance with the principles of compliance with the law and good faith, being accurate and up-to-date when necessary, being processed for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, being connected, limited and measured for the purpose for which they are processed, and being retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed.

AVOD personal data; Cloud e-mail infrastructure, Use of Cloud Computing Infrastructure, Sharing guest information with vehicle transfer companies in accordance with the Ministry of Transportation Transportation Law; Sharing relevant information for accommodation with law enforcement officers, Obtaining external security services, Execution of Activities in accordance with the Legislation, Execution of Occupational Health / Safety Activities, for the purposes of Law No. 6698 8. and 9. Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 9 and provided that it complies with the stipulated conditions and takes the necessary measures, natural persons or private legal entities, our suppliers, group companies and authorized public institutions and persons.

• Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected through camera records to ensure Physical Space Security, verbal statements for visitor records, e-mails you have sent to our company. Your personal data collected by these methods are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6698 5. and 6. personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2).

• The Personal Data Owner is required to comply with Article 11 of the PDP Law (“Law”). Rights enumerated in the article

As the relevant persons whose personal data are processed by our Company, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company by the methods stated below, our Company will finalize the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by our Company. In this context, as the relevant persons, as per Article 11 of Law No. 6698. from our Company pursuant to Art;

• Learn whether personal data is being processed,
• Request information if their personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear and to request notification of the transactions made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, to demand compensation for the damage
